As an Account Director, you will be the key point of contact for both clients and internal teams, overseeing strategic development and delivery across your accounts. This role is pivotal in driving exceptional CX-led projects, inspiring teams, and contributing to the growth and success of the business unit.

What You'll Do

Client Leadership

  • Build and maintain close, productive relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with client objectives.

  • Lead stakeholder mapping, engagement planning, and growth workshops to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Strategic Oversight

  • Shape CX strategies alongside multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring insights and approaches are robust and impactful throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Proactively identify CX opportunities to drive innovative solutions and business growth.

Project Delivery

  • Take ownership of client projects, working alongside the project management ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and high-quality outputs that align with client expectations.

  • Translate client and agency requests into actionable CX briefs, challenging and refining inputs to ensure clarity and relevance.

  • Guide teams through agency systems and processes, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed at every stage.

Team Collaboration

  • Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages professional growth.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals, budgets, and client priorities.

Problem Solving & Insights

  • Address challenges proactively, escalating when necessary to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of client industries, therapy areas, and market trends to inform CX strategies and identify growth opportunities.

About you

  • Proven experience in senior account management roles, preferably within CX or marketing agencies.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing CX strategies across multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Excellent project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, profitable outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of client industries and the ability to identify opportunities that drive growth.

  • A solid understanding of SEO would be a great benefit
